Privacy policy
Last updated 31 October 2026. Applies to the IndoArrival browser extension, version 1.0 and later.
The short version
Everything IndoArrival saves stays in your own browser. We do not run a server for it, we do not receive your data, and we do not sell or share it.
Who we are
IndoArrival is made by Darius Cheung, an individual developer. Contact: darius.cheung@gmail.com.
What the extension saves, and where
Only on the All Indonesia arrival card website, and only to fill that form for you, the extension saves in your browser's extension storage (chrome.storage.local):
- The names you give travellers (for example "Alex").
- The answers each traveller entered on the arrival card, which can include full name, date of birth, passport number and expiry, nationality, country of birth, gender, phone number, email, visa or stay-permit number, flight, port of entry and accommodation.
- That you accepted the first-run notice, and when.
- How many arrival cards it has filled and whether it has asked you for a review, so it knows when to ask again. Every few cards it shows a "Leave a review" link to the Chrome Web Store, which you can turn off with "Never ask again".
It remembers your usual declaration answers (such as health questions and goods to declare) so you can check them next time. You review every answer and press Submit yourself. It does not read other websites, your browsing history, or your Google account.
This data never leaves your device through IndoArrival. It is not sent to the developer or any third party. Browser storage is not encrypted by the extension; anyone who can use your browser profile can see it, as with saved passwords and autofill.
Advertising
The extension shows one fixed advertisement for Rumah123, a property website. It is a plain link: no tracking code, no cookies and no data about you are sent to Rumah123 by IndoArrival. If you click it, your browser opens rumah123.com with a tag saying the visit came from IndoArrival; from then on Rumah123's own privacy policy applies. Rumah123 has no access to your IndoArrival data and is not responsible for the extension.
Update emails (website only)
This website has an optional form to get emails about IndoArrival, such as when it has changed to keep up with the arrival card or has new features. If you sign up, we store the email address you type and the date, encrypted, and use it only to send those emails. It is never sold or shared. Email darius.cheung@gmail.com to be removed. The extension itself never collects your email or sends anything anywhere.
Analytics
None. IndoArrival has no analytics, telemetry or crash reporting.
Deleting your data
- Delete one traveller with the × next to their name.
- Delete everything with Erase all data in the extension.
- Uninstalling the extension also deletes everything it stored.
Chrome Web Store user data policy
IndoArrival complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide the form-filling feature, is not transferred to anyone, and is not used for advertising, credit decisions or any other purpose.
Not an official service
IndoArrival is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated for the Government of Indonesia or its Directorate General of Immigration. You review every answer and press Submit yourself, and you remain responsible for what you declare.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
